So be it!
My nephew, for example, has a lot of pants that seem to have suffered some 'injuries' while he was playing. In order to keep kids' joyful spirit and ease your worry about shaggy pants, I am going to show you how to recondition a pair of pants.
In this case (but I am sure this is the case for a lot of kids), the knee is the most sensible part.
1. I found a piece of cloth to cover the hole.
2. Since I wanted matching knees, I cut two pieces.
3. I sewed the hems on my sewing machine.
4. Before applying the patch, I sewed the hole just to make sure that the fabric won't unravel anymore.
5. I sewed by hand the patches.
6. Who's ready to go out and play?!
To be continued...
Since Marc by Marc Jacobs showed accessories covered in bunnies, and talks began about whether the bunny is the new cat, I thought that it was about time that the squirrel got a little fame of its own, too. Therefore, this blog’s only intent is to bring justice to other cute furry animals besides cats and bunnies. Let’s fashion up, squirrels!

How to Turn a Sweater into a Cardigan
A friend of mine challenged me to do this. If you're interested, here's how it's done.
1. Choose a sweater. This one had a low cut, making the task much easier.
2. I cut the front into half, just like in the picture below.
3. I pinned the margins and sew them using the sewing machine. But it can also be sewed by hand.
4. Find a matching ribbon and sew it where you consider best on your new cardigan.
5. And the final result.
