Dress refreshing

We all hate it when our favorite item of clothing becomes frayed. Below you'll find an idea of how you can fix the problem and continue to wear your item of clothing.
My lovely red dress showed signs of wearing away.

I had some shoulder pads and I decided to use one of them to cover the fray. But before sewing it on the dress, I thought about decorating it with embroidery.

I used one of the stitches of my sewing machine.

Then, I sew it on my dress.

And the beautiful result of my work
